FCUX has partnered with a leading bank to bring Design Thinking and innovation to their suite of digital banking initiatives. As the UX design partner, we work with the bank across their products which include mobile banking, internet banking, payments apps, corporate banking and more. We work on a range of problem statements such as increasing usage and engagement on mobile banking, enhancing usability and effectiveness of the internet banking channels, understanding the requirements of corporate users to design effective corporate banking flows for increased efficiency for corporate users and conceptualising digital payments apps to increase revenue.

We conceptualized and designed a UPI app for a leading Indian Bank. We created the design for the app which enabled the users to send and receive money from any of user’s bank accounts on a single platform. In addition to that, the user can view all his transactions and pending requests.
